Are you too sexy for your shirt, too sexy it hurts? If not, how much longer on the instinct diet will it be before you are?
That is not for me to decide but after about 5 weeks of being sort of off plan, I’m going back on the Instinct Diet regiment after the new year. My goal was to get to 200 lbs and then assess. I’m not there yet.

Who are your top three favorite authors?
I’ve probably read more Walter Mosley, Stephen King, and Elmore Leonard than any other authors so they win in terms of consumption. However, Markus Zusak and Junot Diaz have written my two most recent favorites and my enjoyment of Percival Everett grows as I make my way through his complete works.
